Hello, I'm Keith Kemp a Web and Graphic Designer recently relocated to the Bay Area from Detroit. I graduated from Wayne State University in May of 2008,
earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree with a concentration in Graphic Design.
I've been a freelance web and graphic designer for about four years now, developing smart, integrated and
contemporary design solutions for local clients.
Although I am primarily a print designer, my work includes identity design, packaging, typography, logo, web and creative direction with solid technical
production skills and an interest in web design.
Since 2005, I have also served as art director and designer for my music labels Ferrispark and Gravid Digital, delivering initial concepts through finished art
while ensuring brand identity. Though I work for clients and usually have a set of parameters with which to work, I try to challenge myself beyond these requirements.
My ideal employer is one that seeks a team member who contributes original and interesting ideas and is eager to learn and grow to fulfill client needs
and maximize professional development. I have worn many hats in my professional life-currently I am seeking graphic design or production opportunities in the
San Francisco area that offer diverse responsibilities ranging from design to marketing, motion graphics, font design, package production and brand development.
